Fiona has supported staff and managers at various stages of their career development for over 15 years. She designs develops and delivers numerous learning programmes and solutions that support high performance. A Chartered Member of the CIPD and current Vice-Chair of the Central London Branch committee, she is an advocate for continued professional development. Fiona has an MSc in Personnel & Development. Fiona recognises that all good learning needs to be real, transferable back into the workplace, and sustainable. When delivering workshops Fiona ensures learners are supported, encouraged and challenged where appropriate to get the most from the learning experience. Areas of specialism include management development, facilitation skills, social media, personal learning networks, self-directed learning and mentoring HR professionals to build their skill set in the areas of communication, training and business partnering.
