WorkSera is a mission to empower women through WORK. Its incubated at NSRCEL, IIMB since March 2017 There is only 21% women participation in the workforce in the urban sector. More than eight million qualified women- graduates, though talented and qualified, remain jobless, owing to varied reasons including remote location, socio-cultural issues and child-birth. WorkSera is a talent cloud which works towards removing the discrepancy of demand and supply in the job market. It is a web based platform for the skilled women and the companies to collaborate and work remotely.
