We are a service design collective based in Los Angeles, California. We specialize in strategic user experience around user research, information architecture, content strategy, and interaction design. We work together because being diverse works against us. Our strengths lie in our diverse backgrounds that allow us to contextualize real issues around people, their mental models, and perspectives and help improve our strategy and collaborate successfully. We are not just a research firm. We focus on diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. It’s part of our name. We design for the majority-minority. We emphasize these virtues as a way to help businesses not only succeed in their endeavors but also help them foster and promote workplaces that are centered around diverse cultures and ideologies.
