An experienced and proactive IT Solutions Partner, Technica provide IT services to a wide variety of organisations across many sectors. We cover London and surrounding areas, with some clients further afield but the majority based in the West End and City. Typical clients have between twenty and two hundred employees and we provide the key elements of long-term IT services provision: Support, back-office managed services (servers and infrastructure), project management (office moves, hosting, cloud, server upgrades, etc.), procurement, new business integration and IT strategy planning and development. While most support and back-office tasks are carried out remotely, we value keeping in regular contact with clients through status meetings and regular communication. The support team take queries by phone, e-mail and our convenient ticket system and queries are answered immediately in a personal, friendly and professional manner. We provide support to both end users and onsite first and second lines, offering the benefits of experience and flexibility of a larger team. A proactive IT partner with many clients of fifteen years standing and more, contracts start at £335pm for a single server and ten users. We work from 4,000sq.ft office space purchased and fitted out (to demonstrate our project managing and office moving skills!) in October 2009.
