Our recruitment and selection process enables us to have registered an excellent quality of Interpreters and Translators. Most of our Interpreters and Translators have obtained D.P.S.I qualifications, nationally registered, BA, MA or have equivalent certificate or diploma. We have all the policy statements needed under current business legislation and we have public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance and are also registered under GDPR. It is our company policy to train our interpreters prior to any assignment, making sure that they are fully aware of the nature and sensitivity of their task and the guidelines set out. By closely monitoring our interpreters in all aspects, such as performance, punctuality and their daily attendance, we ensure a high quality service to all our clients.
