Our objectives remain firmly focused on providing the best possible education, care and opportunity for the young people we are privileged to serve. We believe that we will become stronger by working in partnership with a number of schools that align with our principles, ethos and moral purpose. The strategic plan is for measured growth over the next five years to grow our provision in primary, secondary and special. The pace of growth is important, balancing the need to grow to scale, and the benefits that this brings, with the challenges presented by growth which is too rapid. This would be best achieved by those schools joining the MAT, having a common focus on improving the lives of children, whilst valuing the diversity that growth can bring.
