We make cities, banks and owners happy by dealing with city code enforcement issues, tenant issues, compliance issues, expense and capital budgeting, and government reporting all in a timely efficient manner. It is our opinion nothing will zap cash flows quicker than bad or inattentive property management. It is always better to have a great management company with an average property than the opposite alternative. SCREIS does not do commercial brokerage for any clients so we are not competing with our referring agent and brokers.
