Anthony Consulting is based in Red Deer Alberta. Our primary focus is the delivery of the Personality Dimensions ® communication tool. Personality Dimensions ® is a dynamic system that is a culmination of the research and validation work that has been done in Canada since 2003, to support temperament theory and to provide an easily understood methodology for building self-awareness, self-esteem and effective communication strategies. Our secondary focus is our "All About Balance" Workshops - In a day and age where stress and divorce are common place, it's more important than ever to make a conscious effort to live in a constant state of awareness when it comes to work / life balance. This workshop is made up of 5 different sessions that focus on Defining and Understanding Balance, Self Care, Choices, Priorities and lastly Goal Setting. This Workshop can be done in 5 - 1 hour segments or as a full day Workshop. This topic can also be done as a keynote. We are also able to provide strategic planning and team building with your organization.
