Women of the Wick is a community and communications consultancy elevating the work, visibility, and voices of women, trans and non-binary creatives. We bring an in-depth understanding of inclusivity to media, arts and urbanism. Women of the Wick works with a variety of partners from the creative and non-profit sector to build a more just and equity-driven cultural sector together, such as BMW Foundation, Stour Trust, Economy of Hours, Foundation for Future London, and more. Girl, Get A Real Job is a podcast series and community for creative freelancers by Women of the Wick. Our aim is to normalize conversations around money and to ensure that individuals gain a stronger sense of understanding of the worth of their creative work. Together, we can work towards creative economic justice, at all levels.
