Located in Aspra since 1947, a small maritime village a few km from Palermo, we are specialized processing anchovies, being the sole Italian company controlling all chain’s processes: fishing, cleaning, salting, desalting, fileting and packing. Certified BRC, IFS, MSC, KOSHER and DIPOA, we aim to give the highest quality to the consumer, taking care of every single step. Our products’ range covers horeca and retail, jar, tin, plastic, eco-pack. Nowadays, we do employ 90 qualified workers dislocated in 2 factories of 4000 sq each. Our best seller is our "triangle" which has become famous in many countries for its characteristic shape, presentation and quality. We export 30% of our production and are always pleased and available to find new partners.
