We then created the internal processes for the Service Transition, the interim Incident management and implemented them into the organisation. During a major transition, we defined and implemented the interim processes for incident management, problem management and request fulfillment. We worked with the company to review the tools and create plans for implementation. During the development phase of a large programme of works, we worked closely with the suppliers to ensure that the correct business requirements had been captured and translated into technical requirements for the transition.
