Our commitment is to grow educational leaders based on the Professional Standards for Educational Leadership developed by the National Policy Board for Education Administration. NLG offers 1:1 Executive Educational Leadership Coaching, Onboarding Solutions for New Educational Leaders, Group Coaching, Leadership Workshops, Educational Consulting, and Virual Coaching Sessions. We feel this standards-based approach will develop the competencies needed for effective school leadership and will positively impact a school and its community. Additionally, our aim is to achieve favorable results by coaching educational leaders and being that strategic “thought partner” to help navigate the complexities of school administration. Our educational leadership coaching involves building trust with our leaders throughout the process so that we can have genuine and meaningful dialogue around improving leadership capacity. Throughout the coaching process, our leadership coaches collect low-inference data and observable look fors related to the PSEL standards that allows for evidence collected in facts.
