Founded in 1987 by Wallace E. Downey, Downey publishes 42 Telephone Directories throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. We are a family owned and operated Directory Company specializing in County oriented directories. Downey prides itself in our personal touch, experienced sales staff, a quality graphics department, complete area book distribution and current directory usage studies.
