The Nurse Residency Task Force in the Iowa Action Coalition has developed an innovative online nurse residency program that is designed to help recent graduates transition into their new role as professional nurses. The program’s competency-based curriculum is delivered using a combination of live webinars as well as interactive online modules which can be implemented in a variety of clinical settings across the United States.
