The TDF was founded in 2002 when 8 Bronx Detectives and 1 Bronx Prosecutor rode the bicycles from the Pentagon over 4 days, finishing on 9/11 at Ground Zero as a memorial to those that had perished in the attacks, 1 year earlier. We continue to remember and honor those victims with our annual September tour, raising funds for families of Police Officers that have made the Ultimate Sacrifice, directly putting checks in their hands and a smile on their face!
