Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services Inc. (RNHS) has been in the Richmond, CA community for over 30 years. RNHS was created by concerned residents to support the needs of low income families as it related, primarily, to pathways to home ownership as well as education in the areas of financial literacy, access to affordable housing, rentals and advocacy. RNHS is the only organization of it's kind in the area focused on the purchase, maintenance and management of Single Family Homes ensuring residents have affordable housing options with a bridge to home ownership. RNHS is a HUD Certified Counseling Agency providing Pre-Purchase Counseling and Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling services.
