He began his career litigating construction defect cases as well as assisting clients with their estate planning needs. Litigating massive projects which included representing the contractor who was building the new Aladdin Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas to representing developers of residential housing. It was in the midst of all of these real estate related deals that Donnie became acutely aware of people truly needing to be represented in their real estate related deals. Donnie, through his years as an attorney and working on such deals, found that most people were underrepresented and that most realtors did not know how to negotiate a deal that was best for their client.
