As property specialists we drive returns by focusing on the assets, their local markets and pro-actively working the assets. We run core, core plus and value add strategies, varying the level of risk in our clients’ portfolios to reflect occupier markets and conditions in the real economy. Significant investment decisions are approved by an Investment Committee comprising senior partners of KFIM, as well as a non-executive member providing independent oversight.
