Duane L. Coker is Board Certified in Divorce and Family Law, and his associates, Kelly K. Erickson and Jacqueline D. Cannon, are also experienced family lawyers. They have been practicing in Denton County for more than 20 years combined. Divorce may comprise most of our case load, but our attorneys are just as experienced with other family law matters. Our office helps clients in Denton and Collin County with child custody litigation, child support, modifications of either, enforcement of any family law court orders, and adoptions. We also handle probate litigation, including guardianships, probating Wills, and Will contests. One of our areas of practice that we are most excited about is assisting clients with Collaborative Law cases. In these cases, clients agree to settle their case with the opposing party in a dignified and efficient manner without contested Court proceedings.
