IN-STeP is a non-profit community organisation that has delivered a variety of programs within the North Queensland community since 1995, under its original name: the Townsville Thuringowa School Industry Training Program. IN-STeP is committed to serving the community through Service Provision, Community Development and Organisational Development. IN-STeP is dedicated to achieving the highest standards of service to the community and in undertaking our business activities, maintain a healthy and safe environment for our management, staff, customers and community. In 2012, IN-STeP launched its own driving school, to help our clients who did not have the necessary support or financial backing to gain their drivers licence. So by supporting our school you are in turn supporting those clients also. As a not-for-profit organisation all profits made by the school are put back into our programs that support our community. Then in 2014 IN-STeP became the distributor for Neverfail Springwater, to sustain our future as a community organisation and to provide services to our community moving forward. Neverfail Springwater Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Amatil Limited who is loyal to supporting local organisations, employment and the community. Through your support of our school and our Neverfail Springwater distributorship we can continue to provide the valuable services and programs we offer the community. IN-STeP is an organisation serving the wider community. IN-STeP is overseen by a Management Committee with wide representation from community. Our organisation prides itself on supporting all stakeholders whether it is young people, parents, teachers or school administrators, employers or community members.
