Welcome to The Factory – 14,200 square meters of glasshouse bursting with innovation! The concept was launched in 2018 by investment firm Wellstreet and the building is currently owned by CapMan since 2021. The Factory houses lots of cool spaces, restaurant, gym, Makerzone and above all a lovely atmosphere.
