In our over 20 years of experience in Optimal Functional House and office buildings design we emphasize delivering projects that are within budget, on schedule and provide a strong value proposition for clients. We provide a Custom Optimization design package to assist our customers in obtaining a building permit from a city or county for the construction project through Permit. Corrections are included and performed in a timely manner. Our Custom Optimization Package, or design matrix, is based on parameters provided by the client and may include budgeting, site plan, house style, etc. Once those parameters are known, we can develop a design model based optimization for the home building plan, or other service we provide.
