Covenant Dove and its affiliates operate approximately 6,000 beds across 56 skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) located in 12 States. Our network of care givers, providers and support staff consist of 5,000+ employees as well as independent physicians, contractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants provide skilled nursing, assisted living, dementia care, and rehabilitation services to patients throughout our healthcare delivery system.
