I have been representing my clients buy and sell real estate since 2006 and have made life long friendships as a result of these transactions. I grew up "living and breathing" real estate on an Industrial/Commercial level. My families business, Lehman Associates was based out of the NJ/NY metropolitan area and my father was President of the company as well as President of the Society of Industrial Realtors and held many awards as a result of this association over several decades.Having lived 26 years in and around Charleston, I offer a wealth of knowledge and experience about the Charleston area. Before selling real estate, I represented Ray Ellis, a world renowned water colorist, as a sales representative for over 20 years. Mr. Ellis, gallery "Compass Prints" is located in Savannah, Georgia. I traveled all over the country and to several countries representing Mr. Ellis work, not only for private investors but also to many golf tournaments nationally, including the U.S.Open at Baltusrol in Springfield, New Jersey where I teamed up with Ben Wright and Ray Ellis to launch "The Spirit of Golf" book. I am a very proud 9 year member of Dragon Boat Charleston, and I understand the importance of community involvement as we are an all cancer survivor team that paddles all over the world to raise awareness. I have also done many video segments on behalf of the American Cancer Society, several hospitals in the New York Tri-State area, an infomercial for Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey for his gubernatorial campaign as well as being the Keynote Speaker in front of 8,000 people for the American Cancer Society at their annual Making Strides event. In addition to a national commercial for Mutual of Omaha's AHA Moment that highlighted Dragon Boat Charleston.
