Our Vision As the Innovation Management Group, we aim to turn the Leibniz University Hannover into the center of a vibrant innovation ecosystem that develops and empowers a new generation of entrepreneurs by establishing an internationally competitive profile in research and teaching at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, and strategy. Our Mission To realize our vision, we conduct research rooted in theory and based on a broad variety of methods. We present our results to other researchers on international conferences and publish them in internationally renowned journals. Our courses are interdisciplinary, theory-based, and application-oriented. They bring the knowledge that we derive from our research directly to students, founders, and practitioners. Furthermore, we accompany and consult founders and companies jointly Shaping the Future with Knowledge in accordance with our guiding principles. Our Values • Diversity.
