Employment Support Services LLC is an approved provider for NV Vocational Rehabilitation. We connect employers with qualified candidates for hire and provide disability awareness presentations. We encourage employers to set appointments with us to learn about State programs to assist with training costs or wages. Our services are FREE to employers. Services to Vocational Rehabilitation Clients: • Pre-Employment Assistance: o Applications o Job Search o Interview Skills o Maintaining Employment • Advocacy: o Obtaining work cards, interview clothing, new hire paperwork, orientation, obtaining Para-transit services, setting up meetings with employers to advocacy. • Job Development: • Job Coaching: • Bus Coaching: o Workshops in Job Exploration Counseling, Counseling on Post-Secondary Options, Work Readiness, Self-Advocacy. • Resume and Cover Letter Development • Community Based Assessment program. • On the Job Training program. • Silver State Works program. Our Job Developers and coaches hold certifications in Job Development and Job Coaching as well as ACRE Certification for Customized Employment. We are only able to service clients whom have a case open with State of NV Vocational Rehabilitation Dept. for the services listed above.
