Mission Statement: A Community Center committed to enhancing the lives of area residents through family support, empowerment, recreation and education. The Mechanicville Area Community Services Center (MACSC) provides comprehensive youth, family, health and human services to the communities of southern Saratoga and northern Rensselaer counties. Programming includes: School Aged child Care, Youth Development Programming, Whistle Stop Learning Center - preschool with childcare, Family Resource Center, Elder Care Services, emergency food pantry and rent assistance, information and referral, satellite services, domestic violence advocacy program and host to many community events.
