Customers choose to collaborate with MF Emmen for design, engineering, production, manufacturing, transport, assembly, service and maintenance of movable bridges, lock gates, storm barriers, pumps, Oil & gas, mechanical components and turn-key waste separation systems. Creating value by innovating: MF Emmen has a new innovation by producing the first bio-based movable bridge (FRP) in the new ZOO in Emmen, the Netherlands. this hybrid bridge is made with a combination of composite consisting of a core of recycled PET bottles, glass fibers, and flax. The bridge is functional end of 2015. MF Emmen has also been commissioned by the province of Drenthe for the design, supply and installation of eight FRP composite lockgates. These Locks are produced in our own company and will be installed in the North Willemskanaal, the Netherlands.
