I am Annika Brindley, the founder of Little Sleepers LLC, an infant and child sleep consultation practice located in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. I work locally and globally, to help families solve their children’s sleep challenges. Little Sleepers will resolve your child's sleep issues in a nurturing and supportive way. Through office sessions and/or phone consultations, we will work intimately together to develop a clear and effective sleep program that addresses your child's specific needs. We teach parents how to help their children learn necessary self-soothing skills that allow them to be incredible sleepers.
