Geaux Brewing is the brewery for homebrewers. Specializing in small batches, we are constantly working to craft fine beer across as many style categories as possible. Our production brewery keeps our New Orleans-themed taproom stocked while our smaller pilot system is used for classes where we teach our fellow craft brewing enthusiasts our techniques for brewing beer. As the smallest brewery in Bellevue, Washington, we focus on the experience of enjoying and understanding beer. Our laid-back taproom allows our customers to interact with the staff—talking about whatever piques their interest in craft beer—while sipping on our latest creations. Or, bring the family by and hang out in our "living room" complete with kids play area. Since opening, we have not stopped growing—in consumption, fan base, and production. In less than a year, we've doubled our production capacity and are scheduled to double that again in the coming year. Demand for high-quality beer has never been stronger. Our goal is to step up and meet that demand while not compromising on our principal of quality before quantity for our community. Most importantly, we want to keep this fun for everyone and continually remind ourselves that this, after all, is beer and it should be something we all enjoy!
