Established business leader who has grown a family owned business and transitioned the company through acquisition to a public company is looking for his next company to acquire and grow. He has a strong background with both manufacturing and technology companies building high performing teams to drive sustainable growth. We intend to invest $5 to $25 million in a strong U.S. based business that sells services or products to other businesses with $1 to $5 million in EBITDA in a fragmented market with strong long term growth drivers such as health, safety, regulatory compliance or critical resources such as water & energy.
