After 10 years of running projects ranging from software implementations to new construction the one constant has always been, there "was" a better way. Even as a PMP certified project manager with a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, most of those better ways were learned once the project was completed. I founded Weatherley Consulting to help you find the better way before the project starts not after.
