Eric Mol has 20+ years of overall experience with poultry ventilation systems. Having a background in Automotive engineering this came in handy with all the mechanical and electrical systems used in the ventilation and controls type of work involved with ventilation systems. From the year 2000 until 2007 he worked for Hatchery Planning Company and was based in Georgia. Tasked with tech support, commissioning of HVAC systems, ventilation controls installations and upgrades as well as controls manufacturing. After having worked side by side with the ChickMaster incubation equipment on many of the hatchery ventilation projects, he was offered a new opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced ventilation systems for ChickMaster Incubation Co. These systems incorporate energy efficient solutions with variable speed and variable volume control as well as heat recovery where embryonic waste water heat is used to heat up the incoming fresh air. While at the same time providing free cooling for the incubation cooling process loop. Recently, Eric has ventured on his own to provide continued service and support to the poultry industry by creating Enviro-Tech, Hatchery Ventilation Solutions. With Enviro-Tech, Eric plans to offer his expertise and knowledge for these systems by offering individual support, troubleshooting, commissioning and design.
