We will finance companies with 5-year bullet loans, on an unsecured basis without personal guarantees. The funds can used for multiple purposes including CAPEX, internationalisation, working capital needs, M&A, recaps, MBOs and so on. This structure allows the companies to directly access the global bond markets with loan volumes starting from €3m. Due to the dynamics of the portfolio effect, the pricing of the vehicle is very competitive and at a spread which is expected to be better than the bonds of larger companies in the MAB or other European fixed income markets.
