At a member-driven organization IADC wants to drive young professional engagement to develop the next generation of leaders in the drilling industry. This can be accomplished in 3 ways: Recruiting, Visibility, & Engagement 1. ) Recruiting - Educate young professionals on the evolving drilling industry. 2.) Visibility - Provide involvement opportunities for young professionals in the drilling industry to be represented at industry events, develop their skill set, and promote their work. 3.) Engagement - Develop and retain young professionals in oil and gas industry by communicating industry viability and fostering engagement.
