We access thousands of commercial loans through carefully vetted Marketplace lending platforms, allowing us to ‘cherry-pick’ individual loans that match our investing criteria. We take slices of these vetted loans to build a highly diversified portfolio of secured investments. Our exposure to each loan is individually assessed using a comprehensive due diligence process and strict investing and allocation rules. This disciplined approach ensures effective portfolio diversification (over 250 loans) with optimal risk-adjusted returns. The funds objective is to use low risk, secured, short duration investments to generate a stream of interest payments. Over 90% of the portfolio is secured against property or debtors, portfolio LTV ranges between 60-75%. Average investment duration is under 24 months. Modelled default risk is 0.3-0.5%.
