SE Impact is a niche recruiting company for the structural engineering industry. We are structural engineers by background and our passion is helping companies find and hire great people who will make a large positive impact for their company. We also love assisting candidates find their “dream jobs”, thus allowing them to improve their lives and careers while also helping the companies they work for. SE Solutions, LLC was founded in 2006 by Brian Quinn, PE. In 2010, we launched SE University (www.LearnWithSEU.com) to help structural engineers get high quality continuing education at a reasonable cost. In 2014, the recruiting side of SE Solutions, LLC changed names to SE Impact to better describe how our recruiting services have the goal of having a large positive IMPACT for both companies as well as candidates.
