Yoke Fitness’ mission is to create a safe, inclusive space for members to build more fulfilling lives through greater physical fitness and connection to themselves and others. We're a an intimate, one-room, group fitness studio with a singular focus: Greater health in all areas of our students' lives starting with their physical bodies. (Classes are offered in an environment of 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit.) Your body is your vehicle for operating in the world, we believe it should help you accomplish your goals!
