Our aim is to democratise access to opportunity and ensure any student can build a great career no matter their background, who they know or what university they attended. It could be a job in finance, technology or entrepreneurship, Motivez is a community driven platform, here to help 16-25 year olds achieve their dreams. Talented, underrepresented students and graduates have inadequate career advice and training to secure competitive jobs across industries all over the UK.
