Operation Progress empowers underserved youth to become educated, ethical and productive adults who reach their full potential and positively contribute to society. To do this, we are committed to supporting participating Scholars from elementary school through college with our comprehensive program called the Five Pillars of Success. OP lifts the community and shapes the future as we work with our Scholars to develop skills, relationships, new mindsets and the toolbox to transcend socio-economic conditions while they serve as an example of success and resilience.
