TRL Real Estate began “A Home for All,” a program to assist group home companies develop ADA certified homes for the neurologically challenged. This program helps agencies save through new design and cost effective building. We lead regionally but with a national view, finding opportunities for our clients. Advisory services range from private equity to consulting on high rise construction, lead by veterans with decades of construction and capital market experience. The company is agnostic to any capital pool and reviews the landscape of the current market to provide a clear and honest view. Real estate sale and leaseback division engages companies with equity on their balance sheet, from real estate holdings that need capital to expand their business. The company works with private equity firms with 22 billion dollars under management designated for this special purpose. As a company we set forth a goal for a zero carbon initiative when building our projects.
