Lisa Taylor, an advanced instructor with over 5,000+ training hours, founded Evolution in 2001. The studio has since changed locations, grown, and evolved, but our focus and mission have remained the same; to lead and empower individuals into the greatest versions of themselves, both on and off the mat. All of our Instructors are certified and trained to effectively teach both in-person and virtually.
