On-Site Health Services, PC ("OSHS") is a doctor directed and doctor owned group comprised of a unique team of dedicated health care providers. Having delivered mobile care for more than 35 years, we understand the dynamic challenges of providing care on-site to those who are unwilling to or unable to easily travel to receive quality care in the conventional specialty medical office such as residents of alternative care settings including skilled nursing, assisted living, senior day care, independent living communities and other care facilities. The medical directors of each specialty group operate conventional private practices and are devoted to delivering the same quality of care to individuals in other settings to positively affect the quality of life and independence of each patient.
