Shared Housing Services is an independent, nonprofit 50l(C)3 social service agency working cooperatively with other community agencies to ensure basic needs of low-income community members are met. Our Mission Connecting people and fostering independence through innovative and affordable housing, because everyone needs a place to call home. SHS has three programs serving Pierce County: Adult Homesharing, Transitional Family Housing, and Housing 4 Success in partnership with Reach (for young people experiencing homelessness).
