I have helped organisations deliver digital transformation that has typically delivered 20% more than the approved business case delivering both technology and cultural change. In one example the 3 year payback payback was achieved in 8 months. I have worked with organisations to ensure value is being delivered and the costs are appropriate to the business need. In one mid-sized company this allowed 30% of IT costs to be removed and reallocated to support a number of business change projects which delivered nearly £500k of annual savings. I have also led numerous M&A due diligence activities to ensure that any risks are clear and a suitable integration plan is in place avoiding costly post acquisition issues.
