Ovostar Union is the leading manufacturer and exporter of chicken eggs and egg products. Ovostar Union PCL (Ovostar Union Group of Companies) is a vertically integrated public holding company, the leading Ukrainian manufacturer and exporter of chicken eggs and egg products. In Ukraine, the company's products are known under trademarks YASENSVIT and OVOSTAR. In 2021, Ovostar Union poultry farms produced 1.69 billion eggs, and the number of laying hens was 7.0 million. The company is the first in Ukraine who launched production of liquid and dry egg products under (TM OVOSTAR). Today, Ovostar Union products are exported to 50+ countries — in the markets of the EU, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa. The company manages export sales through its own sales offices in Latvia and the OAU. Ovostar Union is the one of few Ukrainian eggs supplier that uses cages for poultry that meet the requirements of Directive 1999/74/EC and also has free range. The Yasensvit poultry factories and the Ovostar egg product plant successfully passed the audit of Bureau Veritas. This allowed the company to enter the top 5 egg suppliers in Europe. The production is certified according to ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 V 5.1., and Kosher and Halal standards.
