Hope Horizon East Palo Alto provides wholistic programming to youth in the East Palo Alto and Belle Haven communities. Our mission is to equip East-of-Bayshore youth to grow spiritually, gain life skills and develop as leaders so that they have hope and a future. We accomplish this mission relationally, as we reach out to youth and their families, supporting them with spiritual guidance, academic support, and leadership development training.
