Forge Tavern
www.forge-tavern.comWe are part of the longest running business on Main Street in High Bridge, NJ. This location has been a place for thirsty locals and travelers to grab a drink since 1879. After a fire in March 2020, this landmark was due for demolition in 2021 until we stepped in to "forge" a new path. Our name and motif are inspired by Robert Taylor, who took over Union Iron Works in Hunterdon County in 1803. With the perfect marriage of a rustic revolutionary war style and modern vision, Forge Tavern is on track to embed itself as one of the premiere bars, not only in High Bridge, but all of New Jersey.
