Since 2013 The Boen Law Office has served small business entrepreneurs and creative professionals with practical advice and solutions for strategic development, transactions and intellectual property. Coming from a career in multimedia web development, advertising, fine arts, music and audio production, Dan received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Mitchell Hamline College of Law, then known as William Mitchell. Dan’s pre-law work in business and marketing and his current experience running The Boen Law Office tailor his no-nonsense approach to providing legal counsel for his clients. When he’s not working, he’s working on music (primarily modular synthesis and EDM), dance, and sound design. He also loves to cook, travel and spend as much time as possible with his family and friends.
