We will provide consulting and design services coordination. Acting as Owners Rep, or simply performing a cursory review, we provide services to include planning, zoning, SPA, inspections and reporting. We provide consulting services to assist our clients by working with municipaliies and regional authorities, consultants, contractors and tenants. Our goal is to actively support the clients needs wherever they see fit. CONSTRUCTION and PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES We provide the complete spectrum of Construction services from base building work to interior fit outs and fixturing. We have crews which are specialized in complicated renovations and expansions who can manage all phased aspects of the work. Our network of trades and contractors allow us to efficiently execute various types of roll out programs. As project Managers, we can perform a complete turnkey scenario for our clients to include preliminary drawing reviews, SPA BP and various other applications, tendering and contract administration. We will liaise with all stakeholders involved and ensure the client is in the loop and receives the best level of communication throughout the project.
